When products are shipped

Fish Delights orders are processed within 1-4 business days after receipt.

Delivery refers to the days after a product is shipped, not ordered. (Remember, up to 4 business days are needed for order processing.)

When you receive your order depends on processing time (up to 4 business days) + delivery time (we ship via UPS).

Perishable items are typically shipped Monday through Thursday, so as not to sit in a warehouse over the weekend and spoil.

Delivery

Our regular shipping method does not require consignee signature at the time of delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery your package may be dropped at the porch or another location chosen by the delivery driver. Fish Delights is not responsible for a stolen package if UPS/USPS tracking shows that a package has been delivered. UPS/USPS cannot guarantee on-time delivery.

Customer responsibility

Some products we ship are perishable, therefore, it is extremely important for the recipient to be at home (or at the shipping address) when the driver delivers the ordered products. You are responsible to specify the correct shipping address, where you’re expected to be present when the order is delivered. You are also responsible to enter correct and regularly maintained e-mail address and phone number. Since the products are perishable, they cannot be redelivered by UPS/USPS several times. Be aware that in most cases UPS/USPS will leave the shipment at your door even if you are not present at the time of delivery. Upon delivery, we recommend that you place the products in a refrigerator as soon as possible. You are responsible for tracing your package. Once a package has been handed over to UPS/USPS and shipped, European Food Market no longer has control of its delivery. Your package can be tracked via the tracking number provided. You tacking number can be used to track or divert your order with UPS/USPS. 

We Now Offer Touchless Local Delivery in San Diego! Our default delivery option is: "We leave it at your door".

  1. We offer FREE local delivery within 10 miles from ZIP code: 92064. 
  2. We offer local delivery within 20 miles from 92064. Delivery cost is $10 per order.
  3. Delivery within 35 miles from 92064 will cost $15 per order. 

A minimum order amount is $150

 

NOTE: All orders that were placed before 11:59 am from Monday to Friday, we'll delivered on the same day from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm.

If you place your order after 11:59 am from Monday to Friday, we'll deliver your order next day from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm.
